Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer

Type

A two pack Epoxy Primer with fine zinc dust.

Features

An excellent primer for structural steel with very high corrosion Resis in marine & in dust environment.

Use

Suitable as a base primer for water pipelinesgates,crestgates,tank,Thermal Plants,chemical factories etc.

Product Data : Colour : Gray

                                Finish : Fairly Smooth & Matt.
                                Drying : Surface dry : 30-40 Minuts.
                                               Hard dry : Over night.
                                               Over Coating : Over night.
                                               Full Cure : 7 days.

Mixing Ration : 3:1 (Base + Hardner).

Pot Life Lab Mixture : 5-6 Hours.

Surface Priparation : Sand or Shot blasting to sa two & half Swedish Specification or equivalent.

Application : Brush or spray.

D.F.T : 40 Micron / coat.

Flash Paint : Above 24 Degree Celsius.

Spreading Rate : 8 -10 Sq m/lt/coat at 40 micron D.F.T.

Shelf Life : 6 Month in Seal pack drum @ normal temp.

Remarks : Particular care is to he taken to mix the base paint since if is a Highly Pigments before mixing hardner.

                     Continues Strirring is recomandies while in use to get uniform Coating.

Epoxy ‘’MIO’’ Coating

Type : A Two pack resin base and micaceousironoxide pigment.

Features : Air drying MIO two pack coating is a barrier coating it has a Very high resistance to high hum idity saline atmosphere,water, Highly pollutes zone.

Uses : As a hevydaty finish coat for steel in chwmicals and fertilizer plants Petrochemicals,complexes mines bridges etc.

Theore, Sprading Rate : 6-7 Sq.m/ct/coat at 75 D.F.T.

Preceding Coat : Epoxy Zinc rich primer or inorganic silicate Pimer.
